Job Title: Visitor Services Volunteer Coordinator

The Sonoma County Museum (SCM) in Santa Rosa, CA is a private, non-profit museum for art and history with broad community support.  We are looking for a Visitor Services and Volunteer Coordinator with the following job description:
The Visitor Services and Volunteer Coordinator enriches the visitor service experience at the Sonoma County Museum by providing information, greeting and receiving visitors, selling memberships, handling phone calls, and facilitating shop sales. In addition this position recruits, coordinates, trains and sustains a vital volunteer corps for the museum. The Volunteer Coordinator assists museum staff in implementing ongoing volunteer programs.
